2. The Service
Neon Worlds: AI Tarot provides tarot readings, AI-generated interpretations, illustrated deck worlds, saved reading history, journal tools, preferences, games, and related beta or founding-access features for entertainment, creativity, self-inquiry, and reflection.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
Users are responsible for the email account used to sign in, activity under their account, protecting magic links, using accurate account information, and not using the service if they are not old enough to accept these terms in their jurisdiction.
4. Entertainment and Reflection Only
Readings are symbolic and reflective. They are not certainty, prediction, diagnosis, instruction, or proof.
5. No Professional Advice
The service does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, employment, mental health, emergency, crisis, relationship, or other professional advice. Seek qualified professional or emergency help for high-stakes needs.
6. AI Output
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, emotionally mismatched, unsuitable, or unavailable. Users remain responsible for evaluating output.
7. User Content
Users are responsible for questions, prompts, preferences, journal notes, feedback, and other content they submit. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, harassing, exploitative, infringing, or high-risk content; private third-party data without permission; secrets; credentials; full payment-card details; or content you do not have rights to use.
8. License to Operate the Service
You grant the limited permission needed to process, store, display, transmit to service providers, and use your content only as needed to provide the service, support, security, and user-requested features.
9. Product IP
Deck worlds, art, reader personas, prompts, text, code, interface, branding, generated compositions, and product assets are protected. Do not scrape, clone, resell, automatically extract, or reuse them in a competing product without permission.
10. Acceptable Use
Do not abuse the service, scrape content, reverse engineer private systems, bypass access controls, overload the service, exploit AI systems, submit unlawful content, harass others, or use readings to make consequential decisions for another person without their informed involvement.
11. Beta Status and Changes
Features, decks, pricing, AI models, voices, games, limits, subscriptions, and availability may change. Some features may be interrupted or removed during beta.
12. Payments, Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds
Checkout is not active unless the product displays an active checkout or app-store purchase flow. If paid features are enabled, plans, prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, refund terms, and taxes will be displayed before purchase. Billing questions can be sent to billing@dmvdigitalstudio.com. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or app-store billing providers. If purchases occur through Apple or Google, cancellation and refund handling may follow their platform rules. Except where required by law or applicable platform rules, fees may be non-refundable after access is provided unless the checkout page states otherwise.
13. Account Suspension or Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, chargeback or fraud risk, or violation of these terms.
14. Account and Data Deletion
Users can request account and data deletion through the account and data deletion page. Some legal, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, backup, or dispute records may be retained where required or reasonably needed. External subscription cancellation may need to happen through the relevant payment processor or app-store platform.
15. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, emotional suitability, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2814438 Alberta Inc., operating as DMV Digital Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and applicable Canadian law, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's location.
