Privacy Policy for Neon Worlds: AI Tarot

Effective date: May 6, 2026

Operator: 2814438 Alberta Inc., operating as DMV Digital Studio

App: Neon Worlds: AI Tarot

Contact: support@dmvdigitalstudio.com

Scope

This policy applies to Neon Worlds: AI Tarot, the app website, app pages, account features, readings, journal features, support requests, beta and founding-access workflows, and future paid features.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect account, reading, journal, support, usage, and technical information needed to operate the service. This may include account email and authentication identifiers, account status, plan tier, entitlement status, reading questions and prompts, selected decks, spreads, guides or personas, card draws, generated readings, saved reading history, journal notes, preferences, app settings, support requests, feedback, product events, errors, usage diagnostics, payment or subscription status when checkout is enabled, IP address, browser or device data, timestamps, logs, and security events.

2. Sensitive or Intimate Content

The app does not require users to enter sensitive personal information. Tarot questions and journal notes may voluntarily include intimate, relationship, identity, emotional, or personal material. Users should not enter government identifiers, full payment card data, passwords, secrets, medical records, legal facts, financial account information, information about children, crisis details, or private details about third parties without permission.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to operate the app, authenticate accounts, generate readings, save and reopen readings, maintain journal and history features, remember preferences, manage entitlement or subscription status, respond to support, privacy, and billing requests, troubleshoot bugs, prevent abuse and security incidents, improve reliability and user experience, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

4. AI Processing

AI-generated readings may send the user question or prompt, selected spread, card draw, selected deck, selected guide or persona, and limited preference or context data to AI service providers. We do not intend to send your email address or direct account identifier to AI providers unless technically necessary. Where reasonably possible, we send only the context needed to generate the requested reading. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, emotionally mismatched, or unsuitable. Readings are for entertainment, creativity, and personal reflection only.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Checkout is not active in the current beta build unless explicitly enabled in the product. When checkout is enabled, payment data will be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe or applicable app-store billing providers. 2814438 Alberta Inc., operating as DMV Digital Studio does not intentionally store full payment card numbers. Billing questions can be sent to billing@dmvdigitalstudio.com. Checkout or app-store purchase screens will show plan features, price, billing cadence, renewal terms, cancellation path, refund terms, and taxes where applicable before purchase.

6. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell saved readings or journal notes. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, support, bill for, or improve the service. Provider categories may include hosting and infrastructure, database and storage, authentication, AI interpretation and model providers, analytics and diagnostics, email and support, payment processing, security and abuse prevention, and legal, accounting, or compliance support.

7. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

The app may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for session and authentication handling, preferences, diagnostics, and analytics if enabled. These technologies help keep users signed in, remember settings, understand errors, and improve product reliability.

8. Retention

Saved readings and journal notes remain until deleted by the user, deleted through account deletion, removed through a support request, or no longer needed for the service. Logs and backups may persist for limited periods. Billing, tax, and accounting records may be retained as legally required. Abuse and security records may be retained to protect the service.

9. User Choices and Privacy Requests

Users may request access, correction, deletion, export, objection, or restriction where applicable by contacting support@dmvdigitalstudio.com. We may need to verify the account before acting on a request.

10. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated saved readings or journal data. Use the account and data deletion page or email support@dmvdigitalstudio.com with the account email and request type. Some records may be retained if required for legal, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, backup, or dispute reasons.

11. Children

Neon Worlds: AI Tarot is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact support@dmvdigitalstudio.com for review or deletion.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the service. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Users should protect account and magic-link access and avoid entering secrets.

13. International Processing

Service providers may process data in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions depending on infrastructure and provider configuration. Data may be subject to local laws in those jurisdictions.

14. Changes

This policy may be updated with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
